We’re delighted to share feedback from past guests about their experiences at Bella Vista. In 2026, we made an exciting transition to a locally based management team, Lewis Realty Associates. With more than 60 years of experience on Topsail Island, Lewis is one of the area’s most established and trusted companies.

Our goal as hosts is simple: to provide every guest with a seamless, relaxing, and truly hassle-free stay. Our previous management company underwent multiple ownership changes over a short period of time, which created some inconsistency. We’re confident that our partnership with Lewis Realty Associates—known for their stability and focus exclusively on Topsail Island properties—will enhance the overall guest experience even further.

As part of this transition, some of our historical reviews were unfortunately lost from the prior platform. We understand how important reviews are in confirming that a property lives up to its photos and promises. To help bridge that gap, we’ve included a selection of past guest feedback below.
